Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a tour with Menjangan Exotic?
Booking is simple! You can click our WhatsApp button for an instant response from our team, or fill out the booking form on our website.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred date and guide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, Wise, and major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. For on-the-spot extra expenses, cash (IDR) is preferred.
Where is the meeting point? Do you offer hotel pickups?
Our main meeting point is at Pemuteran (Banjar Dinas Loka Segara, Bali). We can arrange hotel pickups and drop-offs from major areas in Bali (such as Ubud, Seminyak, or Kuta) or Banyuwangi for an additional fee.
Please specify your location when booking.
Are the West Bali National Park entrance fees included in the price?
Yes, all our standard tour packages are fully transparent and already include the required West Bali National Park entrance permits, boat insurance, and local government levies. There are no hidden fees.
What should I bring to the tour?
We recommend bringing swimwear, a change of clothes, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), a towel, sunglasses, a camera or waterproof phone pouch, and some cash for personal expenses.
We provide all necessary snorkeling and diving gear.
I cannot swim. Can I still join the snorkeling tour?
Absolutely! Non-swimmers are welcome. We provide high-quality life jackets, and our experienced local guides will personally accompany and assist you in the water to ensure you feel safe and comfortable while enjoying the coral reefs.
Do I need a certification to try scuba diving at Menjangan Island?
No certification is needed for our Discovery Scuba Diving (DSD) programme. Beginners will receive a thorough safety briefing and practice session in shallow water with a certified instructor before exploring the reefs. If you are already certified, please bring your license to access deeper dive sites.
